Senior Photographer Serving High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem & the NC Triad

This is your year. Let's celebrate it.

Senior year only happens once. My goal is to create a relaxed, fun experience where you can be completely yourself while celebrating everything you've accomplished. Together we'll create timeless images that you'll love for years to come.

One day you'll walk out of your high school for the very last time.

You'll hug friends you'll only see occasionally.

You'll pack up your bedroom.

You'll start a new adventure.

Senior pictures aren't just for the yearbook.

They're a celebration of who you are right now.

My hope is that years from now these photographs bring you back to this exciting season of your life.

This season won't last forever.

One of the greatest gifts of being a photographer has been reconnecting with students I once taught in kindergarten.

There is something incredibly special about watching a child grow from learning their ABCs to walking across the graduation stage.

Seeing these seniors again reminds me just how quickly the years pass. It also reminds me why photographs matter so much.

While not every senior I photograph was once in my classroom, every session is a chance to celebrate a unique story, a season of growth, and the exciting road ahead.

It truly is an honor to capture this milestone.

Celebrate What Makes You, You

Every senior has a story that's uniquely their own.

Maybe it's the countless hours spent on the volleyball court, the early mornings at gymnastics practice, the Friday night lights, or afternoons on the lake. Maybe it's theater, music, FFA, dance, horses, art, or the family dog that's been by your side for years.

Your senior session isn't about fitting into someone else's idea of what senior pictures should look like. It's about celebrating the people, passions, and experiences that have shaped who you are.

Whether that means bringing your guitar, wearing your letter jacket, lacing up your cleats, or even surfing behind a boat in your cap and gown, I'm all for creating images that tell your story.

HOW LONG IS A SENIOR SESSION?
Senior sessions last approximately two hours, which gives us plenty of time to relax, explore multiple locations, and capture a beautiful variety of images. I schedule sessions about two hours before sunset, when the light is soft, warm, and glowy, my favorite time of day for creating timeless portraits.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
I recommend bringing 3–5 outfits that reflect your personality and style. Whether you love dresses, jeans and a cozy sweater, or something a little more dressy, I want your photos to feel like you. Since my editing style is light, airy, and timeless, I recommend soft, neutral, and muted colors. Try to avoid bright neon colors, busy patterns, and large logos so the focus stays on you.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Absolutely! Dogs are always welcome as long as the location allows them. They make sessions even more personal and often become some of my favorite images. If you'd like to include your furry friend, just let me know while we're planning your session.

CAN I BRING MY BEST FRIEND?
Yes! Bringing a best friend can help you feel more relaxed and make the experience even more fun. They can cheer you on, help carry outfits, fix your hair, and even jump in for a few fun photos together if you'd like.

SHOULD MY PARENTS COME?
I actually encourage it!

Senior year is a huge milestone—not just for you, but for your parents too. I always love taking a few sweet photos of you together at the end of your session. Those often become some of the most treasured images in the gallery.

CAN I CHOOSE WHERE I TAKE MY PHOTOS?
Of course! Your senior session should reflect your personality. Whether you dream of a flower field, downtown streets, a beautiful park, your high school, or somewhere meaningful to you, I'm happy to help you choose the perfect location. If you're not sure where to go, I have lots of favorite spots throughout High Point, Kernersville, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the surrounding Triad.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Beautiful natural light is such an important part of my photography style, so if the weather isn't cooperating, we'll simply reschedule for the next available date. I keep a close eye on the forecast and will communicate with you ahead of time if we need to make a change.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SENIOR SESSION?
I recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially if you're hoping for spring flowers, summer sunsets, or fall color. Those seasons fill up quickly. If you're planning to use your images for yearbook deadlines, graduation announcements, or college applications, booking early ensures you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your gallery without feeling rushed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Your gallery will be carefully edited and delivered through an online gallery within 1-2 weeks, where you can download your high-resolution images, order professional prints, and share your favorites with family and friends.

WHAT IF I FEEL AKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
You are definitely not alone! Almost every senior tells me they're nervous because they "don't know how to pose." The good news is—you don't have to. I'll guide you every step of the way with simple prompts and natural posing so you can relax, have fun, and feel confident. My goal is for your photos to look effortless and genuinely reflect who you are.
